  • Maintain documentation for all ongoing projects, systems, and integrations.
  • Provide first-line support to internal users (e.g., resolving small issues, logging bugs).
  • Manage priorities across multiple small projects — ensuring updates, feedback loops, and smooth delivery.
  • Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, code assistants) smartly and efficiently to speed up documentation and analysis — but also validate results manually.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, product operations, or a similar role within a tech or data-driven environment.
  • Higher education in in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with SQL (ability to read and write queries).
  • Knowledge of basic Python programming language.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to learn fast — especially when dealing with new tools or systems.
  • Fluent English .

Nice to Have

  • Background in analytics or business operations.
  • Understanding of AI-based workflows or prompt-driven automation.
  • Basic understanding of LM.
