We are expanding our presence in Spain and are currently looking for a Senior Relationship Manager in Madrid to work with Spanish-speaking retail clients. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about investments who wants to grow.

You will serve as the first point of contact for our Spanish-speaking clients, providing high-quality service and helping them get the most from our investment platform. You'll be part of a growing and ambitious team with real opportunities for career development.

Responsibilities

  • Working with clients: attracting new clients to the company and developing relationships with existing ones;
  • Ensuring first contact with the client: conducting company presentations and presenting available investment products;
  • Resolving current client issues based on their individual needs and requests;
  • Regular communication and maintaining contact with clients to maintain trusting relationships, informing about new opportunities in the stock market and changes in investment strategy;
  • Administrative support: maintaining documentation, assistance in processing transactions, ensuring timely exchange of information between the client and the company;
  • Participation in specialized conferences and business communities, which includes: presenting the company and its investment products;
  • Searching for and engaging relevant influencers in the region;
  • Interacting with the company's internal departments (marketing, analytics) to ensure high-quality customer service;
  • Analyzing customer feedback and adapting approaches to increase their satisfaction;
  • Preparing reports on the results of working with customers and the effectiveness of implemented strategies to create a portrait of the company's target customer.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or relationship management;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Background in the financial industry;
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
