As we continue to strengthen our teams in Cyprus, we are looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead hiring for our operational functions. We are seeking a mature and experienced recruitment professional who understands the nuances of hiring in the financial sector and is passionate about finding and attracting the right talent to support our business growth.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead full-cycle recruitment for operational positions in Cyprus;
  2. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using various sourcing channels;
  3. Collaborate closely with HR Business Partner and hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs;
  4. Provide market insights and talent acquisition strategies to improve recruitment processes;
  5. Mentor junior recruiters if needed and contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment practices.

Requirements

  1. 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on operational roles;
  2. Proven experience hiring in the financial services sector or other regulated industries;
  3. Strong understanding of the Cyprus labor market and local hiring practices;
  4. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills;
  5. A proactive, business-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently;
  6. Fluent in English and Russian (both written and spoken).

Conditions

  1. Work in the modern office in the center of Limassol with Team of open-mind people;
