Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize office documentation, correspondence, and reports.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and handle inquiries professionally.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external communications.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure easy access to important documents.
  • Assist with office management tasks, including supplies procurement.
  • Support the team and management with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English [and other required languages].
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional and courteous demeanor with a proactive approach.
  • Preferred: Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field.
