Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with prospective and existing clients to promote the investment products and services offered by Freedom24;
  • Provide personalized support to clients, addressing inquiries related to trading, account management, and platform usage;
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets through effective relationship-building and consultative sales;
  • Collaborate with the Head of Department to implement sales strategies and initiatives;
  • Keep accurate client records and activity reports in the CRM;
  • Stay updated on financial market trends, regulatory changes, and new company offerings.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in the financial industry, ideally within investment firms or brokerage companies, in a Sales/Relationship Manager role;
  • A strong understanding of stock markets, trading instruments and investment principles;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (both written and spoken);
  • Ability to work effectively in a structured, target-driven environment with clear KPIs;
  • A client-focused mindset and strong problem-solving skills;
  • Well-established network in Europe, with contacts from conferences, business clubs and professional events;
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CySEC, CFA, or similar) are a plus.
