We are expanding our presence in France and are currently looking for a Relationship Manager in Paris to work with French-speaking retail clients.

You will serve as the first point of contact for our French-speaking clients, providing high-quality service and helping them get the most from Freedom24 investment platform. You'll be part of a growing and ambitious team with real opportunities for career development.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary contact for French-speaking clients: support onboarding, answer product and platform questions, and resolve inquiries;
  • Present our investment platform and services to new clients during introduction calls;
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction;
  • Identify client needs and offer appropriate investment-related guidance;
  • Stay informed about financial markets and communicate relevant updates to clients;
  • Maintain accurate client records and assist with operational tasks;
  • Collaborate with internal teams (support, sales, product, compliance) to deliver smooth service;
  • Collect and share client feedback to improve service and processes

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a financial services or brokerage company, ideally in a B2C client-facing role;
  • Genuine interest in financial markets (e.g., follows financial news, invests personally);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Candidates with strong Customer Support experience in investment-related topics are welcome;
  • Fluent French to communicate with local clients;
  • Fluent English for internal communication;
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on client satisfaction and service quality.
