We are expanding our presence in Italy and are currently looking for a Relationship Manager in Milan to work with Italian-speaking retail clients. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about investments who wants to grow.

You will serve as the first point of contact for our Italian-speaking clients, providing high-quality service and helping them get the most from our investment platform. You'll be part of a growing and ambitious team with real opportunities for career development.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary contact for Italian-speaking clients: support onboarding, answer product and platform questions, and resolve inquiries.
  • Present our investment platform and services to new clients during introduction calls.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Identify client needs and offer appropriate investment-related guidance.
  • Stay informed about financial markets and communicate relevant updates to clients.
  • Maintain accurate client records and assist with operational tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (support, sales, product, compliance) to deliver smooth service.
  • Collect and share client feedback to improve service and processes.

Requirements

  • Fluent Italian (C2/native-level) to communicate with local clients.
  • Fluent English for internal communication.
  • 2+ years of experience in a financial services or brokerage company, ideally in a B2C client-facing role.
  • Candidates with strong Customer Support experience in investment-related topics are welcome.
  • Genuine interest in financial markets (e.g., follows financial news, invests personally).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a strong customer-oriented approach.
  • Motivation and potential to grow into a full Relationship Manager position.
