Relationship Manager

We are expanding our presence in the Netherlands and are currently looking for a Relationship Manager in Amsterdam to work with Dutch-speaking retail clients. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about investments who wants to grow.

You will serve as the first point of contact for our Dutch-speaking clients, providing high-quality service and helping them get the most from our investment platform. You'll be part of a growing and ambitious team with real opportunities for career development.

• Act as a primary contact for Dutch-speaking clients: support onboarding, answer product and platform questions, and resolve inquiries;
• Present our investment platform and services to new clients during introduction calls;
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction;
• Identify client needs and offer appropriate investment-related guidance;
• Stay informed about financial markets and communicate relevant updates to clients;
• Maintain accurate client records and assist with operational tasks;
• Collaborate with internal teams (support, sales, product, compliance) to deliver smooth service;
• Collect and share client feedback to improve service and processes.

• Fluent Dutch to communicate with local clients;
• Fluent English for internal communication;
• 2+ years of experience in a financial services or brokerage company, ideally in a B2C client-facing role;
• Candidates with strong Customer Support experience in investment-related topics are welcome;
• Genuine interest in financial markets (e.g., follows financial news, invests personally);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Problem-solving mindset and a strong customer-oriented approach.
