We are expanding our presence in Poland and are currently looking for a Relationship Manager in Warsaw to work with Polish-speaking retail clients. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about investments who wants to grow professionally.

You will serve as the first point of contact for our Polish-speaking clients, providing high-quality service and helping them get the most from our investment platform. You'll be part of a growing and ambitious team with real opportunities for career development.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for Polish-speaking clients: support onboarding, answer questions about the product and platform, and resolve inquiries;
  • Present our investment platform and services to new clients during introductory calls;
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and ensure high levels of satisfaction;
  • Identify client needs and provide appropriate investment-related guidance;
  • Stay informed about financial markets and communicate relevant updates to clients;
  • Maintain accurate client records and assist with operational tasks;
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Support, Sales, Product, Compliance) to ensure smooth service delivery;
  • Collect and share client feedback to improve services and internal processes.

Requirements

  • Fluent Polish for communication with local clients;
  • Fluent English for internal communication;
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services or a brokerage company, ideally in a B2C client-facing role;
  • Candidates with strong customer support experience in investment-related topics are welcome;
  • Genuine interest in financial markets (e.g., follows financial news, invests personally);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Problem-solving mindset and a strong customer-oriented approach.
