Responsibilities

  1. Preparation of Yearly / Quarterly / Monthly reports to CySEC, CBC and other regulatory authorities on time;
  2. Preparation of daily MiFID Regulatory Reports (e.g. EMIR, MiFIR);
  3. Perform certain types of transaction monitoring, e.g. best execution monitoring, personal transactions monitoring etc;
  4. Preparation of the ad-hoc reports as per various external requests (counterparties, internal / external auditors, regulatory bodies, etc);
  5. Collaborate with different stakeholders within the business on Company’s reporting obligations;
  6. Be a point of contact and subject matter expert for ad hoc data and analytics requests;
  7. Contribute to the development of innovative and user-friendly reporting solutions when required.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Economics or related field;
  2. 2+ years of experience in a regulatory reporting or compliance role within a financial institution;
  3. Solid understanding of CySEC and CBC regulatory frameworks;
  4. Experience with MiFID reporting (EMIR, MiFIR) is a must;
  5. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills;
  6. Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SQL or reporting tools (Power BI, etc.) is a plus;
  7. High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines;
  8. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams;
  9. Fluent in English (written and verbal).
