Responsibilities

  • Preparation of tables, reports:

    -reconciliation of trades;
    -reconciliation with securities counterparties;
    -generating analytical reports;
    -loading of brokerage reports;
    -launching data uploads to the database;
    -reconciliation with counterparties on money;

  • Communication with other departments to correct discrepancies found;
  • Maintaining a daily register of the work done (checklist).

Requirements

  • Russian and English on Upper Intermediate level;
  • Completed degree in higher education (Finance / Economics);
  • 2-3+ years of experience in brokerage or the banking sector would be a plus\advantage;
  • Knowledge of Excel (knowledge of Power Query would be great);
  • Knowledge of basic SQL queries;
  • Fast learner, attentive to details;
  • Ability to work with large volumes of information;
  • Basic knowledge of Python not necessarily but preferably.
  • Experience in the Big 4 would be a plus\advantage.
