About the Role  

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager in Procurement to join our team. The role focuses on managing procurement processes for office-related goods and services across multiple regions, ensuring cost efficiency, timely delivery, and compliance with budgets. You will work closely with regional supply managers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support daily operations and strategic procurement initiatives. 

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead procurement projects across 11 countries, ensuring alignment with company standards and policies. 
  • Conduct supplier sourcing for office-related needs (e.g., furniture, coffee, office supplies, equipment, and services). 
  • Negotiate with vendors in English, ensuring favorable terms and long-term partnerships. 
  • Coordinate procurement activities with regional supply managers and cross-functional departments. 
  • Monitor and control procurement budgets, ensuring compliance with financial targets. 
  • Develop and maintain vendor databases, evaluate supplier performance, and manage contract lifecycle. 
  • Implement best practices for cost optimization, risk management, and process efficiency. 
  • Prepare procurement reports, track KPIs, and support management with data-driven insights. 

Requirements

Requirements 

  • 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or vendor management. 
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage international vendors. 
  • Proven experience in cross-country coordination (preferably in Europe). 
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal); other European languages are a plus. 
  • Solid knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and budget control. 
  • Advanced MS Office skills; experience with procurement/ERP systems is an advantage. 
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
