Responsibilities

  1. Participation in planning and execution of small-scale tasks within projects in the areas of compliance, finance, operations, and financial products & services development. Most projects include a software development phase;
  2. Providing administrative and coordination support to project managers;
  3. Assisting in maintaining project documentation, schedules, and reports;
  4. Supporting communication between project stakeholders, including development teams and internal departments;
  5. Helping monitor task progress and gather project performance data;
  6. Performing other supportive or organizational duties.

Requirements

Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Interest in retail financial services and digital financial products;
  • Basic knowledge of project management principles (obtained through education, training, or self-study);
  • Good organizational and time-management skills;
  • Strong communication skills (adaptability, responsibility, attention to detail);
  • Team player mindset and willingness to take initiative under supervision;
  • Motivation to learn and grow professionally in project management and fintech.

We expect that the successful candidate should possess:

  • Basic understanding of project management knowledge areas such as: project planning, communication, task tracking, and stakeholder interaction;
  • Educational background in finance, business, IT, or related fields;
  • Up to 1 year of relevant experience (internships, university projects, entry-level roles) in finance, banking, software, or administrative support may be an advantage;
  • Willingness to develop in one or more of the following areas:
  • IT project coordination (software development),
  • digital financial product support,
  • product or process coordination in a financial or tech environment.

It will be an advantage if the candidate demonstrates:

  • Completed courses or certifications in project management (e.g., PMI CAPM®, PRINCE2® Foundation);
  • English language knowledge at the level of B1 and higher;
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, MS Excel, or similar;
  • Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle;
  • General knowledge of any programming language (e.g., SQL, JavaScript) is a plus but not required.

  2. Relocation package included compensation for flight, accommodation 1 month;
