At Freedom Holding Corp. — an international investment company with offices in Europe, the United States, and Asia — we continue to grow rapidly and expand into new business areas. In light of this, we are looking for a highly skilled Legal Project Manager who is ready to work in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment, handle matters across multiple international jurisdictions, and be part of a team of professionals.

Responsibilities

  1. Analyze legislation of various countries, including corporate, tax, and licensing laws;
  2. Develop and conduct legal due diligence and review of projects, including those in English;
  3. Participate in compliance/AML/KYC procedures with banks, regulators, and financial institutions;
  4. Advise the business on legal matters and prepare legal opinions;
    Communicate and coordinate with corporate service providers, lawyers, auditors, government authorities, and regulators worldwide.

Requirements

  1. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in international or corporate law;
  2. Solid understanding of corporate, English, and international legal frameworks;
  3. Proven experience working with foreign jurisdictions and offshore structures;
  4. Practical knowledge of regulatory communication and compliance processes;
  5. Background in legal consulting will be considered an advantage;
  6. Fluent English;
  7. Demonstrated proactivity, ability to work independently, and a strong interest in handling complex international legal matters.
