We're seeking a skilled Data Analyst to strengthen our business intelligence capabilities. As a valued member of our analytics team, you'll apply your expertise in SQL, Python, and ETL processes to extract meaningful insights that support decision-making across our fintech organization. Responsibilities

  • Analyze data to identify trends and generate actionable business insights;
  • Support the development and maintenance of ETL processes to ensure data quality;
  • Create and automate regular reports for various stakeholders;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business questions through data analysis;
  • Design clear, effective visualizations that communicate data stories effectively.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, visualization, and reporting;
  • 2+ years of Python experience for data processing and automation;
  • 2+ years of experience with ETL development and data pipeline work;
  • Strong SQL skills for complex data extraction and analysis;
  • Working knowledge of MS SQL, PostgreSQL, and SQLite;
  • Experience creating dashboards and visualizations in Tableau;
  • Prior experience in a fintech company;
  • Educational background in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field;
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities;
  • English proficiency at B1/B2 level (Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of database architecture and indexing concepts;
  • Familiarity with columnar databases (ClickHouse, Vertica);
  • Basic knowledge of machine learning concepts;
  • Experience with feature engineering and statistical analysis;
  • Background in a brokerage or financial services company.
