Middle Data Analyst

We are seeking a Data Analyst with strong expertise in SQL, Python, and ETL processes to join our team. This role focuses on data analysis, reporting, and responding to ad-hoc data requests. You will extract valuable insights from data, automate reporting processes, and support our business decision-making efforts. Additionally, there will be opportunities to contribute to machine learning and AI projects.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret data to generate actionable insights;
• Support ad-hoc data analysis requests from various departments;
• Work with ETL processes to ensure data quality and consistency;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
• 2+ years of experience in Python (data processing, automation).
• 2+ years of experience in ETL development and data pipeline automation.
• Strong SQL skills for querying and data extraction.
• Familiarity with MS SQL, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
• Educational background in Mathematics, Statistics, or Programming.
• Analytical mindset – ability to interpret trends, patterns, and insights.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Tableau (dashboard creation, data storytelling) would be a plus.
• Experience with ClickHouse, Vertica (columnar databases).
• Understanding of machine learning basics (supervised/unsupervised learning).
