Responsibilities

  1. Manage the full onboarding process for legal entities, from initial application to account/service activation;
  2. Collect, review, and analyze corporate documents, including identification of beneficial owners and controlling persons;
  3. Conduct due diligence checks in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements (KYC/AML/CTF);
  4. Ensure accuracy and completeness of client-provided data in compliance with legal and internal standards;
  5. Act as the main point of contact for clients during onboarding, providing professional guidance and timely support;
  6. Proactively coordinate/follow up with clients via phone calls, emails, and reminders to ensure timely submission of documents and information;
  7. Coordinate with internal departments (Legal, Compliance, Risk, Sales) to finalize onboarding efficiently;
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client profiles and records.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in onboarding legal entities within the financial sector (banking, brokerage, investment services, etc.);
  2. Solid knowledge of KYC/AML principles and regulatory requirements, including international standards;
  3. Experience in reviewing corporate documentation (articles of association, power of attorney, ownership structures, etc.);
  4. Strong communication skills and ability to handle multiple client interactions in a professional manner;
  5. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and responsibility;
  6. English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher (written and verbal);
  7. Confident user of basic office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook);
  8. Advantage: prior experience in client-facing roles (e.g., customer service, account management, or similar).
