Responsibilities

  1. Manage the full onboarding process for legal entities, from initial application to account/service activation;
  2. Collect, review, and analyze corporate documents, including identification of beneficial owners and controlling persons;
  3. Conduct due diligence checks in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements (KYC/AML/CTF);
  4. Ensure accuracy and completeness of client-provided data in line with legal and internal compliance standards;
  5. Communicate with clients to clarify documentation and resolve discrepancies;
  6. Collaborate with internal departments (Legal, Compliance, Risk, Sales) to complete the onboarding process efficiently;
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client profiles and records.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 2 year of experience in onboarding legal entities within the financial sector (e.g., banking, brokerage, investment services);
  2. Solid understanding of KYC/AML principles and regulatory requirements, including international standards;
  3. Experience in reviewing corporate documentation (e.g., articles of association, power of attorney, ownership structures);
  4. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a high level of responsibility;
  5. English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher (written and verbal);
  6. Confident user of basic office software (Excel, Word, Outlook).
