Responsibilities

  1. Full-cycle HR administration for employees in Cyprus;
  2. Supporting the onboarding process for new employees;
  3. Maintaining employee records and workflows in BambooHR;
  4. Preparing employment-related documentation (hiring, transfers, salary/position changes, terminations);
  5. Communication with employees on HR policies and procedures, support and follow-up;
  6. Service Contracts administration;
  7. Monthly control of payment for Service Contracts;
  8. HR analytics, regular and ad-hoc HR reports;
  9. Issuing employee references and confirmations;
  10. Liaising with Accounting, Legal, Compliance, and other internal teams, with external Payroll providers;
  11. Participation in cross-functional HR Projects.

Requirements

  1. University degree, preferably in Human Resources, Labor Law or related field;
  2. Proven experience in HR administration in Cyprus;
  3. Familiarity with European labor legislation is a strong plus;
  4. Professional HR Certification is a strong advantage;
  5. MS Word experienced user, MS Excel skills (data processing, reporting);
  6. Experience with HRIS systems;
  7. English level B2 or higher (written and spoken);
  8. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, inquisitive mind, high learning ability, fast operational tempo, ability to handle high work volumes, and excellent communication skills.
