Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle HR administration for employees in Cyprus;
  • Maintaining employee records and workflows in BambooHR;
  • Preparing employment-related documentation (hiring, transfers, salary/position changes, terminations);
  • Administering and tracking Service Contracts;
  • Issuing employee references and confirmations;
  • Supporting the onboarding process;
  • Preparing regular and ad-hoc HR reports;
  • Liaising with Accounting, Legal, Compliance, and other internal teams;
  • Coordinating with external HR Payroll providers;
  • Participating in cross-functional HR projects.

Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field;
  • Proven experience in HR administration in Cyprus; familiarity with European HR legislation is a strong plus;
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (data processing, reporting);
  • Experience with BambooHR or similar HRIS systems is an advantage;
  • English level B2 or higher (written and spoken);
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, ability to handle high work volumes, and excellent communication skills.
