We are expanding rapidly across Europe and are now looking for an experienced Head of Sales and Personal Support to join our team in Limassol, where our headquarters are located and key strategic decisions are made.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the company's entire product line to the clients;
  • Form your personal client portfolio;
  • Communicate with clients about the most profitable and fresh ideas for invest products;
  • Work with the customer base: attract new customers, including through cold calls;
  • To hold business meetings with clients, and to present the company's products;
  • Build long-term relationships with clients;
  • Perform individual targets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales of financial or investment products (brokerage, trading, private banking, wealth management, etc.);
  • 3–5 years of managerial experience leading a sales or client service team;
  • Proven experience in international markets with a solid understanding of different jurisdictions and client segments (Retail / HNW / Corporate);
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales and retention KPIs;
  • Strong knowledge of financial market regulations (MiFID II, CySEC, FCA, etc.);
  • Excellent understanding of investment products (stocks, ETFs, bonds, funds, derivatives, etc.);
  • Knowledge of financial advisory principles and client risk profiling;
  • Experience managing department operations, including planning, performance tracking, and motivation of staff;
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills;
  • Experience building and optimizing the sales funnel, client journey, and retention strategy;
  • Fluency in English (C1+); knowledge of another European language is an advantage;
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and leadership skills;
  • CySEC / FCA / ESMA certifications (Advanced or Basic Certificate in Financial Services) will be considered an asset.
