• Execute trades across various financial instruments, with a primary focus on equities, in accordance with established trading strategies and risk parameters;
• Monitor market conditions and provide real-time execution of trades to optimize performance and minimize slippage;
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth and efficient business processes;
• Administer technical solutions to support trade execution, including monitoring and troubleshooting trading platforms;
• Maintain detailed records of trades and transactions to comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements;
• Provide regular reporting and analysis of trade execution performance, identifying areas for improvement;
• Stay updated on market trends, trading technologies, and regulatory changes to ensure optimal trading strategies and execution practices. 

• Minimum experience as an execution trader: 2 year;
• Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; 
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance standards in financial trading;
• Strong knowledge of the equity markets and financial instruments;
• Proven experience in trade execution, preferably within equities, options and other asset classes;
• Solid understanding of trading systems, platforms and principles;
• Ability to analyse market conditions in real-time and execute trades effectively;
• Experience with technical solutions administration related to trade execution;
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams.
