Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate office construction, renovation, and fit-out projects (furniture, equipment, and services);
- Manage contractors, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and adherence to budgets;
- Oversee financial planning and execution of technical projects;
- Ensure the standardization of operational processes across European offices;
- Prepare management reports and monitor infrastructure-related KPIs.
Requirements
- Experience in managing diverse operational teams (procurement, facility management, construction, cleaning);
- Background in international infrastructure projects, ideally within the EU;
- Strong knowledge of financial part of projects, including budgeting, cost control, and contractor management;
- Solid experience with contractors, contract negotiation, and tendering processes;
- Languages: English (C1+), additional European language (French, German, or Spanish).
