Responsibilities

  1. Analyze the financial performance of the business, with a focus on the efficiency of Customer Support and Relationship Management teams;
  2. Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and current expenditures;
  3. Develop data-driven business forecasts and actionable recommendations to support strategic decision-making;
  4. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management;
  5. Monitor key performance indicators and identify growth opportunities.


Requirements

  1. 3+ years of experience in the retail brokerage industry as a Business Analyst or Finance Analyst, preferably in Business Development team;
  2. A solid understanding of financial instruments (securities, derivatives, repos) is an advantage;
  3. Proficiency in Excel, solid knowledge of SQL, and hands-on experience in building dashboards using any BI tool;
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, structured thinking, and the ability to effectively communicate insights to business stakeholders;
  5. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify business growth opportunities based on thorough financial analysis;
  6. Fluency in Russian and English (required); other languages are a plus.
