1. Monitor and control company`s expenses, ensuring alignment with the financial objectives and budgets;  
2. Review and approve budget requests from various departments, ensuring compliance with financial policies;  
3. Prepare, consolidate, and analyze budget forecasts and financial reports;  
4. Track budget performance, identify variances, and provide detailed variance analyses with recommendations;  
5. Collaborate closely with departments to ensure accurate forecasting and efficient allocation of resources;  
6. Ensure timely reflection of monthly, quarterly, and annual budget updates;  
7. Support departments with cost analysis, profitability studies, and decision-making insights;  
8. Maintain and improve budget monitoring tools and dashboards in Excel and other systems;  
9. Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring budget-related data accuracy;  
10. Assist in developing and implementing budgetary control procedures and process improvements;  
11. Provide ad-hoc financial and analytical reports upon  request;  
12. Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and consistency in budgeting processes;  
13. Support automation of budgeting and reporting workflows;  
14. Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate financial policies;  
15. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and optimization of budget-related processes.  

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; 
2. At least 3+ years of proven experience in budgeting, controlling, or financial planning in a global or international company; 
3. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level – including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis); 
4. Experience with SAP Concur or other SAP financial products is required; 
5. Knowledge of Python and SQL or experience in process automation will be considered a strong advantage; 
6. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; 
7. Detail-oriented, structured, and result-driven mindset; 
8. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and manage competing priorities; 
9. Fluency in English is required; other languages are an advantage. 

1. Work in the modern office in the center of Limassol with Team of open-mind people;
