Responsibilities

Sponsorship strategy & coordination

  1. Own and manage the end-to-end sponsorship process — from opportunity evaluation to execution and reporting;
  2. Serve as the single point of entry for all sponsorship, donation, and CSR proposals — filtering, evaluating, and escalating based on strategic value;
  3. Coordinate with PR, legal, events, marketing, regional offices, and external vendors;
  4. Develop brand activation for each project.


Brand oversight & execution

  1. Lead the branding and messaging consistency across all sponsorship and CSR activities;
  2. Supervise brand placement and execution at sponsored events (physical or digital), in close collaboration with the Events team and external vendors;
  3. Ensure visual identity of the brand is accurately represented in all partnerships.


ROI & impact measurement

  1. Define KPIs and track impact of each initiative: brand exposure, audience relevance, and indirect business value;
  2. Maintain an updated portfolio of ongoing sponsorships and CSR projects with regular performance reports;
  3. Evaluate legacy or existing partnerships for relevance and performance.

Requirements

  1. 3–5 years of experience in brand management, sponsorship marketing, or corporate partnerships;
  2. Solid understanding of branding fundamentals and how sponsorships drive trust and brand value;
  3. Proven ability to evaluate, execute, and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously;
  4. Experience in managing third-party stakeholders and legal/contractual discussions;
  5. English fluency required.

  1. Work in the modern office in the center of Limassol with Team of open-mind people;
