Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of a unified brand guide for merchandise, event design, and corporate gifts;
- Centralization of ordering processes for merchandise and visual materials;
- Quality control and delivery management, including supplier and contractor review and selection;
- Support for corporate and external events through branded visuals and merchandise;
- Budget optimization, including cost estimation and post-purchase analysis for all orders;
- Creation and launch of new branded product lines, including eco-friendly and seasonal collections;
- Execution of cross-functional brand initiatives in collaboration with HR, CSR, PR, and other departments.
Requirements
Must have:
- 2–3 years of experience in brand management, merchandise, or marketing procurement (preferably in an international company or a distributed office structure);
- Project management skills, including full-cycle coordination from briefing to delivery and post-analysis;
- Experience working with vendors and manufacturers of branded merchandise and visual materials, including running tenders and managing contracts;
- Understanding of budgeting, cost estimation, and basic financial literacy;
- Knowledge of visual branding principles and brand guidelines;
- Proficiency in tools for visual presentation and branded materials (Canva, PowerPoint; basic knowledge of Figma or Adobe is a plus);
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask;
- Strong knowledge of English (B2 or higher) for communication with European offices and suppliers.
Nice to have:
- Experience in procurement centralization and implementing request/ticketing systems (e.g. Jira, Notion, Confluence, etc.);
- Experience developing or redesigning branded products (new lines, capsules, seasonal collections);
- Understanding of sustainability principles and eco-friendly solutions in merchandise production
- Experience working with event, PR, HR, or CSR teams;
- Skills in collecting feedback and conducting internal NPS surveys.
